While we’ve been working on our book Metaphysical Animals: How Four Women Brought Philosophy Back to Life, Ben Lipscomb in the US has also been writing a book on the quartet for Oxford University Press’s American imprint. Ben is a longtime friend of In Parenthesis and we’re really looking forward to getting hold of his book, The Women are Up To Something.
It’s so great to see these wonderful women getting the attention they deserve! We hope these two books will be the first of many – we know of so much wonderful work from friends and scholars is in the pipeline.
